A very simple creation, with one small custom modification.
Crab droids can come in many sizes. This one is meant to be mini-fig scale based on the ones seen in Episode III.
I don't normally go in for modifying pieces, but darn Lego for never making a left-handed radio. Sometimes we just have to do it ourselves!
The second version of this droid used levers instead of radios, so no piece altering was needed.
